Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS.

Returns are not accepted so please make sure you are fully committed to everything you purchase with us!

EXCHANGES.

We secure all packages with the proper packaging material to ensure nothing is damaged upon arrival but Crystal Garden is happy to exchange in the instance something is damaged. Please email us within 24 hours of package arrival with picture proof of damage at shopcrystalgarden@icloud.com. Please note that upon accepting of any exchanges, it is the customers responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us at your own cost. 

processing & Shipping

PROCESSING.

Crystal Garden is a one woman small business. All items created and sold are hand made pieces and sometimes made to order.  I require at least 3-10 business days on specific items for processing and all processing times are noted in the product information section of each item. 

SHIPPING.

Please note that if you provide an incorrect shipping address at checkout Crystal Garden is not liable and if your package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will have to pay a new shipping fee in order for us to redeliver your package! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and you will be updated with tracking via email.
